Using this option we do the all important preparation and you do the actual selling with the aid of an experienced mentor or selling coach.  

This option is very attractive to the franchisee who appears to already have a buyer in the wings or the franchisee who wishes to avoid a broker's commission but still have an experienced dealmaker in their corner.   Under this option we work on a flat fee for a predetermined amount of time.  Should more time be required an additional fee is negotiated.  We do not require a commission under this option.
